My thoughts

I will now tell you my thoughts.

At the end i just felt absolutely awful, he killed his own children and his wife. And what I also think is so horrible is that his reason was just so weird. He was cheating which lead to their divorce and then when his wife told him he won't see his children any more he killed her, this is just a tiny bit ''understandable'' but that he then goes on and kills his own daughters is so incredibly awful, now he is actually never going to see them again. What I also find really creepy is that he seemed like a normal man at first, but now we know he isn't. I just feel so bad that there are people like this on this earth. I really felt something and made me think, I even almost cried because it was so sad. That is what I find so good about this documentary, they tell step by step what happened in the case and how they find out Chris did it, but still make you feel what the people around the case felt. It tells so much information but still with so much ''feeling''. I now really understand what happened in the case and especially why.

I'm also very proud of agent Tammy Lee, she really put her heart in this case and gave Shanann, Bella and Celeste their justice. I think she was kind of the reason Chriss confessed. And the words she says in the documentary about that Chris didn't show any emotion really hit me. She said these exact words: '' I've cried more for them than he has.'' time: 1:01:54.

I also think she is the one who shows the most emotion in the whole documentary, I really like her.

furthermore, I really understand the title of the documentary now, it's called ''confession untold'' because Chris only confessed to the murder when he was in prison so he wouldn't get death sentence. Only later, he told the story we believe is real.

I think this is such a good documentary that really learnt me something, made me feel something and made me think. I give this certainly documentary 5 stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

About this case

I've just finished the documentary, so now i'm going to tell a bit about the case and documentary, later on I will tell my opinion about it.

This documentary is about the case from Chris Watt.

Chris Watt is a dad of two daughters, Bella (4) and Celeste (3). He also has a wife, Shanann, who is pregnant with their son. One day Shanann and her daughters go missing, this is where the case begins.

At first everybody thought they were just missing, the police were searching everywhere but there wasn't a clue that lead to them, it looked like they just disappeared in the air. Chris just played along but was acting a bit suspicious, he wasn't really showing any emotion.

He got called in for a conversation with the police to help find his family. At this point the police had a feeling he had something to do with their disappearing, after a long time he confessed to his dad that he had killed Shanann, because she ''choked their daughters to death.'' Eventually he told the police where he dropped the body's.

But the inspector (Tammy Lee) didn't believe Shanann had killed her own daughters, so she talked to Chris until she felt he told the truth and after all they found out Chris had killed his own two daughters and his pregnant wife. He is now in jail for life and has no chance to get out.

The beginning

Let's start with how I decided to watch this documentary.

So of course I started with searching for a documentary. There were some few categories that I could choose from and immediately there was one I found very interesting, the crime categorie. I went scrolling and eventually had two options. These were ''leaving neverland'' and ''Chris Watts :confession untold''. As you can see I choose the one about Chris Watt, this is because I once saw a video about this case on TikTok and wanted to know more about it. Another reason was because I thought the other documentary wasn't that interesting.

This is the link to the TikTok video: The video

I hope you guys will read the rest of my post about my opinion on this documentary! 😸
